Your mission
U Fund Services, a Luxembourg-based management company is seeking a motivated
Portfolio Intern to support its in-house AIFM services for Ufenau Capital Partners AG, a leading private equity firm. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the oversight and management of alternative investment funds within an international PE environment.
What You Will Do- Support the Conducting Officer responsible for the Portfolio Management function in day-to-day monitoring activities for the AIFM’s funds, ensuring compliance with investment guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the investment adviser (Ufenau Capital Partners AG), accounting firms, depositaries, and other service providers to facilitate smooth operations and accurate reporting.
- Assist in the handover process from previous AIFMs, including the collection and review of KYC documents.
- Collect documents from the investment team, analyze deals, and support the Conducting Officer in the approval and execution process.
- Contribute to the preparation of portfolio dashboards, internal reports, and regulatory filings.
- Upload historical and new deal data into the Cascade system under the supervision of the Conducting Officer.
