- Analyse und Interpretation der Finanzkennzahlen, einschließlich Investment-Track-Records/ Jahresabschlüssen und Erstellung von Bewertungsanalysen nach verschiedenen Bewertungsmethoden
- Value Creation Strategien mit dem Management entwickeln
- Finanzmodellierung, einschließlich fremdfinanzierter Übernahmen und Cashflow-Analysen
- Management Meetings mit potentiellen Plattformen und Add-ons und Organisation laufender Due-Diligence-Prüfungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management des Portfoliounternehmens

Damit machen Sie den Unterschied
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 6 Jahre im Bereich Private Equity im DACH-Markt - Erfahrung mit Transaktionen im Small / Mid Market und idealerweise in Dienstleistungsbranchen
- Nachweisliche Erfolge im PE Umfeld und im Portfolio Management
- Hervorragender akademischer Hintergrund mit einem einschlägigen Abschluss in Wirtschaft / Finanzen
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie sehr eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Bodenständig und auf Augenhöhe kommunizierend, Teamplayer
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau (C2)
