- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 6 Jahre im Bereich Private Equity im DACH-Markt - Erfahrung mit Transaktionen im Small / Mid Market und idealerweise in Dienstleistungsbranchen
- Nachweisliche Erfolge im PE Umfeld und im Portfolio Management
- Hervorragender akademischer Hintergrund mit einem einschlägigen Abschluss in Wirtschaft / Finanzen
